Within your cPanel in the Databases area, use the MySQL Databases or MySQL Database Wizzard icons to create databases. The MySQL Databases allows you to manually create a MySQL Database and MySQL Database users, where as the MySQL Database Wizzard will walk you through the process of creating the MySQL Database.
